Against all odds, we proved the driving power of passion marinated determination and commitment completing the first of its kind around 3,400 square meter artificial stone cladding covered lion enclosure at Addis Zoo Park, well known for its previous name ‘Pickock Park. Designated for one of the largest zoos in the world incorporating seven eco systems of Ethiopia, Addis Zoo Park is a 34 hectare forest covered space encircled by Kebena river on one side and Bulbulla river on the other side.

It had been a roller coaster ride with unbelievable bottlenecks starting from the bid process to contract award all the way to launch our functiona art engagement to completing and delivery during the 27 months-time of which we had been operational only for 14 months being stalled due to payment process and administrative issues.

During the operation we had been paid a visit by PM Abiy Ahmed, Deputy Mayor Eng. Takele Umma, and many Addis Ababa city cabinet and parliament members whose excitement on our super artistic work especially with the fact that it is a marvel made by Ethiopian artists were high octane moral calories for which we thank God Almighty who favored us before the eyes of the movers and shakers of the nation..

We highly appreciate all the direct and indirect actors who supported for us  one way or another. At the same time, for those who are God send for who unlocked the block for us to witness our fruit, you are part of this stellar milestone in the middle of Addis Ababa.

Congratulations to all professional and skilled labor staffs marking the completion of your ‘history in the making journey’ and to all residents of Addis whom we hope enjoy the park.
